Stephanie Godbold Head of Communications, Engagement and Impact Stephanie leads LeO’s external and internal communications, stakeholder engagement and insight-sharing programme. Stephanie joined executive team in September 2023 and leads LeO’s external and internal communications, stakeholder engagement and insight-sharing programme. This includes building LeO’s impact on standards of service and complaints handling in the legal sector under the OLC’s 2024-27 strategy. Steph has substantial experience in the Ombudsman sector; before joining LeO in 2021, she worked for a decade at the Financial Ombudsman Service, with leadership and management responsibilities spanning policy and insight, strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
