Laura Stroppolo Head of Programme Management & Assurance Laura is Head of Programme Management and Assurance and joined LeO in November 2019. Laura has proven experience in managing transformation projects and programmes in her previous role at Highways England, one of which was managing the national people and transformation programme to bring service provider/supply chain staff over to Highways. Laura has a background of managing and leading teams through transformational change, including rolling out a Strategic Workforce Planning Tool within Major Projects before she left Highways to join LeO. Previous to this, she also was responsible for overseeing the budget and business planning process for Major Projects, which was critical in ensuring each project had the correct resource allocated. Laura has also had experience in complaint handling and was part of the complaints team for the Office of Public Guardian before she joined Highways.
