Debbie Wright Head of People Strategy and Services Debbie leads LeO’s HR function, with responsibility for all aspects of people strategy development and delivery. Debbie joined the Legal Ombudsman in June 2021. She is responsible for leading the HR function and team and has senior responsibility for all aspects of people strategy development and delivery. She has worked in HR for over 30 years, predominately within the further education sector, where she held a number of senior leadership roles in HR, equality and diversity, student services and safeguarding. She holds a post-graduate qualification in HR and is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
