The Office for Legal Complaints (OLC) has published its draft 2023/24 Business Plan and Budget for the Legal Ombudsman (LeO), together with a one-year interim strategy that will take LeO to the end of March 2024.The consultation sets out the progress LeO has already made toward delivering a high level of service for users and providers of legal services. It details LeO’s plans to resolve more than 9,200 complaints by March 2024, with a focus on resolving cases as early as possible and substantially reducing waiting times.
