Every month the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) receives correspondence from its customers and suppliers which is sent via Royal Mail to a secure PO Box. We have recently changed specialist supplier, which has resulted in a change to the PO Box address.

The new address went live on Monday 22 January 2024.

A redirection for all mail being sent to the previous address will remain in place for three months- ending on 16 April 2024.

To ensure mail is delivered to the correct address after the re-direction has ended, we are asking organisations who publish signposting material about contacting the LeO to ensure that it is amended to reflect the changes that have been made.

For consumers wishing to send documents to us via post, please ensure that it is sent to the updated postal address.
